How To Watch

Throughout the 2020-2021 season, Les Délices will bring you high-quality, unique digital streaming performances. Whatever your at-home set-up may be, read on to learn how you can optimize your streaming experience for our Concert Series and SalonEra  broadcasts.

Concert Series

Embracing Change Concert Series videos will premiere on YouTube with a live introduction and post-concert Q&A with artists. The concert videos (sans special premiere content) will be accessible on Vimeo for ten days following the premiere date.

Tickets are required to view all Concert Series videos.

How to Watch

For every Concert Series video, ticket holders will be sent two important URLs: an unlisted link to the YouTube premiere and a password-protected link to the concert footage on Vimeo, where you can watch at your leisure for 10 days following the premiere date. We ask that you do not share these exclusive links with non-ticket holders.

Please note, you do not need to create a YouTube account to view the premiere on your computer, but if you wish to comment as you watch, you will need to create an account or log in to your existing account.

To watch the concert on a tablet or smartphone, we recommend downloading and signing in to the YouTube or Vimeo app instead of streaming in your device’s internet browser for a more satisfying streaming experience. To make use of either app, you will need to create a free account with the platform.

Private/unlisted links will be shared with ticket holders by email within a few days of each air date.

Playback Quality

For the best experience, we recommend checking your settings to ensure you’re watching in the highest possible quality.
To change your settings on YouTube, hover your cursor over the video window. Click on the gear icon in the lower right hand to access settings. Click “Quality” and then click the highest resolution available, (it should be 1080p – HD.)
To change your video settings in Facebook, log into your account, then click the triangle option at the far right end of your toolbar. Click “Settings & Privacy.” Then, find “Video” on the left-hand side, toward the bottom on the list of options. Click on it to see a list of options including “Video Default Quality.” On the drop-down menu, select “HD if possible.” (Please note this setting change is only possible on your computer, not in the Facebook mobile app.)

Engage with us!

If you are logged in to your Facebook or YouTube account, you will be able to join in the live chat throughout the concert. We encourage you to react and ask questions throughout the broadcast! A Les Délices team member will be logged in to respond to all comments in real time. Join in the post-show Q&A by typing your questions into the chat!

If you find the chat distracting, you can also watch the stream at or adjust your settings to hide the chat feature on Facebook or YouTube. To hide the live comments on Facebook, click the “Quiet Mode” button (it looks like a speech bubble) in the lower right-hand corner of the video screen to hide all comments and reactions. If you’re viewing on YouTube, pop out the chat on YouTube to view it in a separate window or install a Chrome extension to hide the live chat.
